Crocizia's "Cider Punk" is a dry cider made from 20 different types of apples. Vinified and aged in glass demijohns and spontaneously fermented in the bottle, it reveals a fresh and electrifying profile, with a juicy, slender and invigorating body, wrapped in intense aromas of apple and fresh fruit

The Apple Cider 'Cider Punk' by Crocizia is the Emilian version of one of the most typical and traditional specialties of northern France. It is, in fact, especially in Normandy, that vast areas of ancient indigenous apple varieties are still present, used for the production of Cider. In the Parma countryside, the Crocizia winery cultivates as many as 20 different varieties of apples to make the Cider. The presence of fruits with different characteristics allows for a particularly harmonious, complex, and aromatically balanced product. This is a small artisanal production made in glass demijohns and refermented in the bottle, in order to obtain a Cider with a lively and exuberant face, fresh and fragrant

The 'Cider Punk' is an Apple Cider that originates in Pastorello di Langhirano, in the Parma countryside, from one of the most interesting realities of the area. The Crocizia estate is located in the hilly area that rises towards the first foothills of the Apennines, at about 500 meters above sea level. It is a small artisanal company that can count on a cultivated area of 5 hectares. Always committed to enhancing the territory, Crocizia cultivates the indigenous grapes of the region. In addition to wine production, it carries out an interesting project to enhance Cider. The famous alcoholic beverage, made from the fermentation of Apples, is a true specialty, which comes to light thanks to the cultivation of many varieties of apples in an environment characterized by a remarkable environmental biodiversity and the management of the entire estate under organic farming practices.

The Apple Cider 'Cider Punk' by Crocizia is a label with an artisanal face, born from a selection of about twenty different varieties of apples. At the end of the apple pressing, the juice is fermented in glass demijohns for a period of a few weeks, using only indigenous yeasts. The spontaneous refermentation takes place in the bottle using the Ancestral Method and without the addition of sulfur dioxide, in order to maintain the full integrity of the Cider. In the glass, it is presented in an intense golden yellow color, with a light white foam. On the nose, it recalls scents of orange blossom, fragrant aromas of white fruit, notes of freshly cut apple, light sensations of bread crust, and subtle wine notes. The sip is refreshing, fruity, and juicy, with a dry, long finish that is pleasantly acetic and very fresh.
