Soave Classico 'Levarie' Masi 2025

The Soave Classico “Levarie” by Masi is a white wine typical of the Venetian tradition, interpreted by the winery with a simple and immediate label, perfect to uncork now to enjoy its different nuances. Yes, because the aromas and flavors are expressed with lightness, thanks to a processing only in steel that preserves its crispness, and it is therefore right to take advantage of it now, without letting this bottle evolve further in the cellar. The sense of tradition mixes with a contemporary “twist,” which once again highlights the great ability of the Masi winery to always align its products with a current vision. 

This Soave Classico “Levarie” originates from a blend created by the Masi winery. The grapes of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave are cultivated in the most historic area of Soave, where the soil is characterized by a volcanic subsoil. The climate is temperate and mild, ideal for vine cultivation. The grapes obtained from the destemming of the bunches are gently pressed, and the must ferments in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. It then follows a brief final aging of some months in steel, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

The “Levarie” Masi is a Soave Classico that presents itself to the eye with a straw-yellow color, not too pronounced in intensity and edged with slight greenish reflections. The olfactory spectrum that is released by bringing the glass to the nose tells a story of fruity and floral notes, well defined and structured with always gentle touches. On the palate, it is slim, light-bodied, characterized by a fresh sip that makes drinking truly pleasant. A classic of Veronese viticulture, presented by Masi at an unbeatable price.
