The Solaia of the Antinori marquises maintains, in every vintage produced, a very elegant and austere style, destined to evolve positively in the bottle for decades. calcareous rock and alberese. A vineyard defined by the Antinori as “the sunniest slice of the Tignanello hill.” The grapes are hand-picked and immediately brought to the winery, where separate vinifications take place by grape type. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in truncated-conical tanks of 60 hl and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
