The Susumaniello "Susco" of San Marzano is an intense and enveloping Apulian red wine from Salento, aged in oak barriques for about 6 months. It expresses density and sensorial richness, with notes of cherries, spices such as coffee and cocoa, Mediterranean herbs and toasted hints, while on the palate it is fresh and full, full-bodied, with good tannins and persistent.

The Susumaniello Rosato "Amai" di' San Marzano is a fresh, Mediterranean rosé, a true mirror of the wine from Salento. Produced by a winery that is now a pivot of Apulian oenology, Amai is a tribute to the territory and its workers, a wine made from an indigenous grape with unique characteristics. It is very balanced both on the palate and on the nose, where hints of wild flowers, small red fruits but then Mediterranean aromas of scrubland, citrus fruits arrived at surprising hints of tea and light hints of honey are revealed. The sip presents slight warmth and freshness.

"Amphora Rosato" is a fresh and deep rosé wine made of porcelain amphorae by Cristiano Guttarolo, a craftsman from the Apulian Murge area. It has a very fine and pure bouquet, with notes of strawberry, currant, berries, Mediterranean herbs and a pleasant mineral sensation.
