The special Packaging of the Tequila Anejo is produced by an important brand in the Mexican landscape of high-quality distillates. Casa Dragones is managed by Bertha Gonzalez Nieves, Maestra Tequilera of the Academia Mexicana de Catadores de Tequila. Thanks to her expertise and her desire to always achieve the best result, the distillery has managed to stand out for a productionartisanally made in small batches. The Blue Weber agave is cultivated on the plateaus of Jalisco, at about 1200 meters above sea level. The ideal climate and the ancient volcanic soils, rich in minerals, allow the agave to grow lush. The plants are harvested only when they reach adulthood. Once the leaves are removed, the heart of the plant is cooked in traditional ovens. At the end of fermentation, the distillation of the agave juice takes place. Before bottling, the Tequila ages in French oak and American oak barrels.
