Tinto 'El Sender' La Fou 2018
"El Sender" by LaFou is a red wine that takes its name from the path that winds through the vineyards of Mas Gabrielet. The Garnacha, Syrah and Morenillo grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in steel tanks and then aged in oak barrels for 6 months. The color is an intense red with bright ruby reflections. The balanced and full-bodied mouthfeel accompanies hints of dark fruit, dry grass and balsamic aromas

Its rich vitality is very well expressed through a remarkable fruity richness and a pleasant and enveloping taste softness. It presents itself with a dark and luminous ruby red color. The bouquet is elegant, characterized by aromas of small dark berries, black currant, blueberry, cherry, hints of underbrush, spontaneous shrubs of the Mediterranean scrub, spices, and medicinal herbs. With good structure, it has a fine and evolved tannic texture that envelops a sip that is aromatically rich and harmonious. The finish is fresh and persistent.
