Bodegas Piedra's Toro 'Natural Ecologico' is an intense and authentic Spanish red wine. It comes from grapes grown on the Pago Bocarrage plot, planted in 1967 in the Toro region. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously, followed by malolactic fermentation and six months of ageing in French oak barriques. The bouquet has hints of dark plum and cherries in alcohol, with spicy notes and toasted tobacco. The palate is full and vigorous, with silky tannins and a balanced structure, supported by a lively freshness. Excellent with 'cocido madrileño', a traditional stew from Castilla y León made with meat and legumes
