From our sommeliers

'Les Gosses' from the Cunéaz Nadir Winery is a red wine produced from the recently planted vineyards of Jovencan and Gressan. With this blend of native Aosta Valley grape varieties, the winery aims to keep alive some historic local varieties that are now increasingly rare. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for about a year in steel, a choice that preserves its aromatic fragrance. The nose reveals hints of small berries, floral notes and hints of mountain herbs with a slight spicy nuance on the finish. The palate is taut and slender, with delicate tannins and a persistent savoury finish. Excellent paired with Carbonada valdostana, the traditional beef stew
