The Whisky '100% Islay 14th Release 2024' by Kilchoman is a Single Malt that is entirely produced within the boundaries of the Rockside farm, where the barley is sown, malted, distilled, and aged without ever leaving the property. The fourteenth edition comes from the 2013 and 2014 harvests, matured for at least nine years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks to enhance the typical and prized profile of Islay malts. The nose is complex, with peat smoke and ripe citrus. On the palate, it is creamy and sweet, with a oily finish marked by notes of sherry.
