The Cinque Terre Bianco by Forlini Cappellini is a white wine from heroic viticulture, obtained from native Ligurian grape varieties, vinified and matured in steel. It presents Mediterranean aromas of good intensity, with citrus, wildflowers, and aromatic herbs in evidence. The sip is pleasant, with good freshness and sapidity.

The Cinque Terre Bianco from the Forlini Cappellini winery is a white wine fresh, mineral and rich in marine suggestions produced in Manarola, a splendid village on the eastern Ligurian Riviera, part of the municipality of Riomaggiore, home to the natural wonder that is the Cinque Terre National Park. This label is made from a blend of native grapes from the area, where Vermentino joins the varieties Bosco and Albarola in a perfect combination that enhances the richness of the terroir. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 150-300 meters on terraced and very steep hills, characterized by predominantly sandy soils, which make viticulture a heroic activity. The winery is a very small family-run business that is strongly tied to Ligurian agricultural tradition and works the only hectare of land with great passion and expertise.

The Cinque Terre from Forlini Cappellini is produced with carefully selected grapes that are harvested exclusively by hand. The bunches, brought to the winery, are destemmed and pressed in a manner gentle to then undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature for a few weeks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked, after which it remains in aging for several months in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled and put on the market.

The Forlini Cappellini Cinque Terre Bianco presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh fruit and citrus appear, including apple, cedar, and orange, floral notes of wildflowers and Mediterranean aromatic herbs, including marjoram and thyme, then shifting towards mineral scents of rock, briny notes, and a slight vegetal hint. On the palate, it is precise, straight, harmonious, and very balanced, characterized by a beautiful freshness that stands out for its savory and very mineral note. This wine from the Forlini Cappellini winery is an authorial white, rich, intriguing, and capable of captivating for its pleasant drinkability.
