The Clematis by Zaccagnini is a passito red wine that certainly represents a small work of enological art given its complexity of fragrances: from the dark ruby and impenetrable appearance, aromas of red roses, blackberry jam, and cherries in spirits are released, with noble hints of cinnamon and licorice. Sweet and refined on the palate, it reveals a fresh component that excellently supports the sugary content, keeping the sip in perfect balance.
