The Telos Bianco is a white wine simple, fresh and fruity from Veneto, made from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, with vinification in steel without added sulfites. It has a Mediterranean and sunny aromatic profile of citrus and aromatic herbs and a refreshing, fruity, pleasant, slender and mineral taste

The Veneto wine “Télos” Bianco represents one of the latest challenges undertaken by Tenuta Sant’Antonio, a young production reality of Valpolicella - it was founded in 1995 - but with very clear ideas from the start. The four brothers at the helm of the winery decided to create a line, the “Télos”, characterized by absolute purity, resulting from the lack of added sulfites. This Bianco, the result of a blend of Garganega and Chardonnay, presents a Mediterranean and fruity soul, which is expressed through a particularly fresh sip. A straightforward and clean wine that will win you over as soon as you taste it.

This “Télos” Bianco is made by Tenuta Sant’Antonio by combining 80% Garganega with 20% of an international white grape variety, Chardonnay. The vines of these two varieties, which are around 20-25 years old, are trained using the pergola and guyot systems, within parcels of vineyards rich in gravel. The clusters, carefully selected during the harvest phase, are destemmed, and the grapes undergo a soft cold pressing in the absence of oxygen; the obtained must ferments in temperature-controlled steel containers. The wine rests in steel for several months until it is ready to be bottled. Throughout the winemaking process, no sulfites are added.

The “Télos” Bianco from Tenuta Sant’Antonio presents itself visually with a light straw yellow color, not too intense nor concentrated. The array of aromas that spreads to the nose tells a story made of fruity and Mediterranean scents, from which notes of citrus and hints of aromatic herbs emerge. On the palate, it is light-bodied, lean, and agile, with a sip characterized by a pleasant freshness and a savory taste. A wine that is born from the deep culture of the territory that Tenuta Sant’Antonio can boast within the terroir of Valpolicella.
