'Dresseno' Dalle Ore 2021

Dresseno', produced by the Veneto winery Dalle Ore, is a red wine with a spoken and direct character, made with the utmost respect for nature, following the rules of biodynamics. It is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon, a famous Bordeaux grape variety that is very present in the Triveneto and, in particular, in the Vicenza area, which has always had a vocation for the cultivation of international red grapes. The composition of the soils and the climate have proved to be particularly suited to Cabernet, which is capable of expressing wines that are very pleasant to taste even when young.

The red wine "Dresseno" Dalle Ore is made in a historic winery in Trissino, whose origins date back to the beginning of the 20th century. Faithful to ancient traditions and a respectful approach to nature, today, the entire estate is run according to biodynamic principles and the vineyards are cultivated in an area rich in biodiversity, thanks to the presence of extensive woodland areas. The soils of ancient volcanic origin and a cool climate with good temperature fluctuations have proven over time to be particularly suitable for the most famous international red grape varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the company's vineyards located in the hilly area near Trissino. Once harvesting operations are completed, the best bunches selected in the vineyard are sent to spontaneous fermentation using only indigenous yeasts and a classic maceration on the skins. The wine is bottled after an ageing period of about 9 months in steel.

A beautiful, young and lively version of Cabernet Sauvignon that focuses on the seductive varietal aromas of this noble and famous Bordeaux variety. It is dark ruby red in colour with luminous highlights. The bouquet offers notes of blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry, vegetal hints and floral nuances of violets. Of medium structure, it has a well-integrated tannic texture to the body of the wine, a juicy and crisp mouthfeel and a fruity and slightly spicy finish, with good taste persistence and lively freshness.
