Contumaz's Cabernet Sauvignon tells the story of Fernando Ugrin's personal project. This young oenologist works between Friuli and Argentina, both regions with a great vocation for Cabernet. The nose reveals aromas of red and dark fruits, pepper and light green notes of mint. In the mouth it is taut, with dense tannins and a mineral persistence that promises longevity.
