Champagne Rosè "Imperial" by the maison Moet & Chandon is distinguished by charme and style. It is made by the assembly of three traditional grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The elegant perfumes of red fruits with floral notes of rose give an elegant and refined bouquet. The taste, livened by a persistence perlage, is marked by lovely freshness and excellent balance
Champagne Rosé 'Imperial' signed by the prestigious Moët & Chandon winery is aromantic and elegant expression of the Valleè de la Marne region. Always a symbol of success and charm, the bubbles of the Moët & Chandon maison are famous throughout the world and boast a long and legendary tradition. This 'Imperial' is a great example of this, to the point of being among the best-known and best-selling Rosé Champagnes in the world.
The Moët & Chandon 'Imperial' Rosé perfectly expresses the varietal tones of the region's three main grape varieties: Pinot Noir, in greater proportion, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and is matured on the lees for at least 36 months. The residual sugar content is 9 g/l, thus a brut with a generous dosage that gives it subtle and delicate sweet nuances.
Moët & Chandon's Imperial Rosé Brut has a very seductive colour, a deep, bright pink, embellished with amber nuances of rare visual beauty, almost reminiscent of the magnificent hues that the sun gives during a summer sunset. The mousse is rich and well-calibrated and develops in the glass with a long persistence. The aromas are young and fragrant, in which juicy fruit, dominated by cherry, strawberry and peach, is combined with floral notes of rose against a slightly spicy background. The palate has an excellent taste-olfactory correspondence, pleasantly fresh and balanced, with a long fruity aftertaste. It goes well with fish hors d'oeuvres, fresh cheeses and crisp fruit, on festive occasions, refined aperitifs and for a romantic candlelit dinner.
