Champagne Rosé Extra Brut 'Dom Ruinart' Magnum Ruinart 2007 (Confezione)

Ruinart's Extra Brut Champagne Rosé Magnum "Dom Ruinart" is the flagship rosé from the great 'maison' of Reims, one of the greats in its category named after the monk who founded this winemaking entity. The complex bouquet develops among floral aromas and citrus fruits notes first, to then reach spicy heights on the finish, with intriguing hints of ginger zest and cinnamon. The attack on the palate is soft, with great freshness and smoothness, then great savoriness and a typical bitter almond note come to the front stage. The bubble is very fine, a mark of the great elegance of 'Dom'.

Champagne Rosé Extra Brut "Dom Ruinart" 2007 Magnum from Ruinart, in a wooden box, is a true icon of this historic Maison, which has marked the history and success of Champagne around the world since the beginning of the 18th century. This flagship cuvée is made from a majority proportion of Chardonnay, sourced mainly from the Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and the terroirs of Sillery and Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims; while the Pinot Noir comes from the Grand Cru d'Aÿ. As is customary, vinification takes place separately for each grape variety and individual parcel. After fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, the base wines are matured for a few months, also carrying out malolactic fermentation. At the time of blending, in accordance with tradition, a small percentage of Pinot Noir vinified in red is also added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a minimum of 10 years of maturation sur lattes.
