"The Vispo" of the La Magia farm is a fresh, fruity Sangiovese with a strong character. On the label the winery decided to pay homage to Banksy, with a label that takes his style in a lively and playful way. A bit like this wine, which undergoes a carbonic maceration before fermentation: aromas of red fruits, orange, fragrant flowers spring from the glass, with slight vegetal hints on the finish. In the mouth the aroma is persistent and together with the freshness of the sip makes this red very pleasant to drink

"Il Vispo," produced by Fattoria La Màgia, is a fragrant and fresh red that brings out the fruity aromas typical of the Sangiovese's aromatic range. The excellent quality of the Montalcino grapes, which always guarantee intensity and elegance, and a vinification inspired by the Beaujolais style, give the wine an immediate expressive pleasantness, translating into easy and satisfying drinking. Ageing only in steel helps to leave the lively personality of a young, crisp Sangiovese in the foreground. Because of its particular characteristics, this bottle has extraordinary pliability at the table. It goes very well with pasta with tomato sauce, pasta with meat sauces or with roast poultry or white meats.

The wine "Il Vispo" comes from an estate in Montalcino that for many years has espoused the philosophy of organic farming, with special attention to all aspects of farm sustainability, starting with using only renewable energy. La Màgia cultivates about 15 hectares, amalgamated into one large plot, in the beautiful area above the Abbey of Sant'Antimo. The Sangiovese vineyards have an average age of 15 to 20 years and are located on the southeastern slope of the famous Montalcino hillside at an altitude between 400 and 450 meters above sea level. The soils are rich in the skeleton and characterized by the presence of a surface layer of sandy matrix resting on clay substrates, which retain moisture, providing a good water reserve even during drought periods. Harvesting takes place in the second half of September, and the grapes selected in the vineyard undergo vinification with cold carbonic maceration, which preserves the youthful integrity of the fruity aromas with minimal tannin extraction. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Fattoria La Màgia's Rosso "Il Vispo" is the label that represents the simple, convivial face of Sangiovese in its youthful fragrance. It presents itself in a glass of ruby red colour with luminous reflections. On the nose, it expresses a bouquet characterized by intense and exuberant aromas of ripe cherry, red currant, blood orange and hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean maquis. Medium-textured, it has delicate, fine tannins. The palate is clear and crisp, with a flowing, juicy mouthfeel and rich, ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly fresh with good flavour persistence.
