Champagne rosé Brut "La Rosé" from the Vincent Brochet winery is a typical territorial expression of freshness and refinement, perfect for celebrating in friendship. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and matured for around 42 months on its lees. The bold pink colour and fine, persistent perlage introduce delicate aromas of red berry fruit, citrus and bread crust. The taste is mineral, lively, electric, light and with good persistence.

The Champagne Brut “La Rosé”, from the artisanal Maison Vincent Brochet, is the expression of the extraordinary quality of red grape varieties cultivated in the Montagne de Reims area, the true cradle of extraordinary Pinot Noir. As is traditional for this type, it is a Champagne aromatically intense and with good body, dedicated to those who prefer richness and fruity pleasantness. The important structure of the Pinot Noir is complemented by the fragrant softness of the Meunier and the elegance of the Chardonnay. The result is a bottle that perfectly reflects the terroir of origin.

The Brut “La Rosé” is a Champagne made by Vincent Brochet, a vigneron from the Montagne de Reims who cultivates vineyards located in three Premier cru of the territory: Écueil, Sacy, and Villers-aux-Nœuds. The excellent quality of the grapes, particularly the red ones, allows for the production of a very interesting Rosé with a strong personality. The cuvée is created with hand-harvested bunches of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay hand-harvested in the best vineyards of Écueil and Sacy, cultivated in sandy soils. At the end of the soft pressing, parcel vinification is carried out using only indigenous yeasts, in order to have a wide range of vins clairs available. The blending comes from the union of 50% vintage wine and 50% reserve wine. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenois Method, with aging on the lees for 36-42 months.

The “La Rosé” is a Champagne Brut Vincent Brochet that enhances the gastronomic vocation of this type, which, due to its structure and aromatic characteristics, pairs very well with appetizers of shellfish, shrimp, scampi, with seafood salads or delicate fish stews. In the glass, it presents a beautiful bright pink color, with a perlage that rises luminous, fine, and persistent. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas reminiscent of citrus, pink grapefruit, lime zest, aromas of raspberry, red currant, wild strawberries, Morello cherry, and light notes of bread crust. The sip is intense, with a crunchy fruit and rich aromas and good taste persistence, leading to a fresh and very harmonious finish.
