Chardonnay 'Canto X' Ottin 2021

Ottin's 'Canto X' is a fresh and saline pure Chardonnay that is aged 12 months in small tonneaux. The name of this wine expresses the fact that it is the tenth wine produced by the winery and also recalls Dante's Canto of the same name, which tells of 'la pena de li eretici', or 'the punishment of heretics', those who challenged the power of the Church. Notes of tropical fruit, aromas of bergamot and buttery hints define the character of 'Canto X' and make it perfect with savoury fish dishes
