Medium open goblet

Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion

Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar

You can easily leave it in your cellar for 2-3 years

The Bolonero by Torrevento is perhaps the most classic representation of what we mean by "everyday wine". A wine with a great quality/price ratio that has no shortage of personality and character and who is able to tell a story and a wonderful project.

The Bolonero fully part in the project of the rediscovery of Nero di Troia, a grape that has found in the area of Castel del Monte the elective terroir. A grape hard and gruff, but extraordinarily rich and intense; a vine that Torrevento decided to exploit and bring the cup of fans and that is also part in that blend that originates Bolonero. The power of Nero di Troia and the structure of Aglianico give harmony, an enjoyment and a remarkable persistence to Bolonero by Torrevento.

Aged exclusively in steel, the Bolonero shows a ruby red color so clear how intense and consistent and gives us an alternation of blackberries, currants and blueberries with floral notes and hints of dried violet spicy licorice. Warm, dry, soft, fresh, elegant and with a marked tannin, but absolutely tame, this is the Bolonero...
