The "Liaison" from the German winery Enderle and Moll is an elegant and refined Pinot Noir capable of providing unique emotions and surprising the most demanding palates. This label is made exclusively with hand-selected grapes and vinified using only indigenous yeasts, aging proceeds in wooden barrels for 15 months. The ruby red color illuminates the glass while fruity and spicy aromas intoxicate the nose. The sip is full, soft, fresh, harmonious, and long

The small wine reality Enderle & Moll presents the ‘Liaison’, an interpretation of Pinot Nero that stands out for its extraordinary freshness and harmony. At the foot of the Black Forest, in the German wine region of Baden, friends Sven Enderle and Florian Moll produce irresistible artisanal expressions centered on Blauburgunder, the German name for Pinot Nero, of which they have become among the leading exponents in the area. Of the different labels of this noble grape variety of Burgundian origin, the ‘Liaison’ is made with grapes harvested from the oldest vineyards of various plots. The German word “liaison” means “bond”, “connection”.

The ‘Liaison’ by Enderle and Moll is a 100% Pinot Nero coming from a 35-year-old plot planted on sandy soils and another 65-year-old plot cultivated on limestone soils. The agronomic management follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The bunches are hand-picked, partially destemmed, and then fermented in steel tanks where spontaneous alcoholic fermentation occurs thanks only to the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Once the fermentation process is completed, the mass is transferred to large Slavonian oak barrels where it matures for 15 months. The winemaking process is conducted separately for the two plots and only at the end of aging are the masses blended and then bottled without undergoing any filtration.
