ROSSO FRIZZANTE 'ROSA NERA' ARIOLA DESCRIPTION

The red "Rosa Nera" is a sparkling wine produced in the Colli di Parma area using the long Charmat Method. It is a wine bright and fragrant with pleasant and fresh notes of small berries, cherries and herbs. It is a label that is part of Ariola Winery's Gran Cru line, which brings together the most prestigious and high-quality bottles. It comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Merlot and Lambrusco. The two noble Bordeaux varietals bring structure and body to the wine and marry well with the proverbial fruity exuberance of Barbera and Lambrusco.

The sparkling red wine "Rosa Nera" is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Merlot and Lambrusco. The vineyards are located on the first strip of hills rising from the Po Valley, at an altitude between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. The beautiful sunny exposures and draining soils of a silt-clay matrix have proved ideal for bringing grapes rich in fragrance and aroma to maturity. After the harvest, classic vinification takes place, which is followed by prise de mousse and second fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves according to the Charmat method. After 6 months of aging in stainless steel, the wine is bottled.

"Black Rose" is a sparkling red, pleasantly fresh and fruity. The use of the Charmat Method allows the primary aromas and flavors of the grape and its fragrant expressive immediacy to be preserved. The color is ruby red with purple hues and a lively effervescence. The nose opens on floral scents and aromas of small berries, with currant, blueberry and blackberry in good evidence. The palate is aromatically intense, with juicy and rich fruit, well balanced by freshness.
