Macabeu



"Coyade" from the Domaine Vinci winery is a Macabeu whose drinking is a revelation for the palate, full of unusual funky aromas. The juice of the whole pressed grapes is left to macerate for 2 days before alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, which is followed by an 18-month maturation of the wine on fine lees in steel tanks.
