Ricci's 'Attimi' is the first rosé wine produced by this historic Tortona-based winery, which produces regional, rustic wines with great energy. The production methods aim to restore great freshness and fruitiness, for a full-bodied yet warm and smooth taste. The nose reveals red fruits, herbaceous notes and pleasant earthy hints, while the palate is rustic but with great structure and persistence. Ideal with meat-based first courses
