Nicolas Potel's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a fine but energetic red wine, produced from recently planted vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic principles. It expresses the immediacy of a young Pinot Noir, with the typical verticality of Burgundy. The nose reveals wild strawberries and cherries, with light notes of rose and fine spices. The palate is lively, smooth and harmonious. Perfect with cold cuts and fresh cheese
