Jean Claude Boisset's Bourgogne Aligoté 'Les Moutots' is a white wine that is both immediate and structured. It comes from a 'lieu-dit' that is over 50 years old in the village of Chorey-lès-Beaune. The nose reveals hawthorn, lemon and a hint of bread crust. On the palate, it impresses with its sharp freshness, great sapidity and tense, vibrant mouthfeel. Ideal with fish such as oysters with lemon and pink pepper or vegetarian dishes
