Parpinello's Cannonau di Sardegna 'San Costantino' is a dry, territorial red wine, one of the most representative of the island. The grape variety usually produces very warm and intense wines. In search of balance, the winery works only with steel and short maceration. The result is a fruity, Mediterranean aromatic profile, with a dry, smooth and distinctly savoury taste. It pairs well with lamb or aged Pecorino cheese
