"Particella 3" is a Friulian wine that impresses with its harmony between the various components found both on the nose and on the palate. The Chardonnay grape clearly emerges during tasting, also because Ronco Blanchis is a master at minimizing interventions both in the vineyard and in the cellar, thus faithfully respecting its primary characteristics. "Particella 3" is the name of a pure Chardonnay that originates from the top of Blanchis, more precisely from the summit of the parcel identified by the Ronco Blanchis winery with the number 3, which is approximately one hectare in size. We are within the characteristic Friulian "ponca," where the territory is composed of marls and sandstones. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes ferments in barriques, and always in barrique remains to rest for 6 months, until the bottling and marketing procedures begin.
The Chardonnay "Particella 3" is a wine that presents itself with a typically straw-yellow color. The nose opens with a bouquet of mainly fruity notes, later enriched by more herbal and floral touches. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, broad, and enveloping, with a clear and straightforward sip, decidedly balanced. It closes with a finish that has an interesting persistence. An excellent Friulian white, with which Ronco Blanchis confirms itself as one of the most interesting realities of the territory, constantly growing and with an increasingly international appeal.
