Santa Maria La Nave's 'Millesulmare' comes from the Casa Decima vineyard, over a thousand metres above sea level! A precious vineyard that gives this native grape variety its unique character. Long ageing in the bottle allows the grape's aromatic bouquet to develop. The nose releases aromas of Etna apple and white peach, with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a minerality that enhances its drinkability. Ideal with fish dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, it pairs perfectly with pasta with sardines
