Belisario's Passerina comes from the hillside vineyards of Offida, in the Piceno region, where it was born as an immediate and easy-drinking white wine. Vinified in steel with soft pressing of the skins, it expresses the fruity character of this native of the Adriatic coast. The olfactory profile is distinctly primary, with floral and white fruit hints that open to saline hints. The palate is fresh but balanced, very drinkable. Perfect with passatelli in fish broth
