The Pinot Noir Reserve "Linticlarus" is a full-bodied and intense expression of Alto Adige, aged in barrique and large barrels for 18 months. The bouquet offers aromas of berries, roots, and red flowers. The taste is soft and silky, with an elegant and pronounced tannic imprint

The Pinot Nero Riserva “Linticlarus” wine is a full-bodied Alto Adige red, where the tannin, muscular and energetic, guides the tasting with a steady rhythm. Thanks to the long aging period that the Tiefenbrunner winery reserves for this label, which, among different types of wood and bottle, rests for 30 months before being launched on the market. The nose is also interesting, virtually transporting us to a forest, where fruit and flowers unite in a dance of elegant aromas.

This Riserva “Linticlarus” is a Pinot Nero that comes from the homonymous grapes, used in purity by the Tiefenbrunner winery. The vines of this variety, all over twenty years old, are trained using the espalier method and root in a mainly clayey territory, located about 450 meters above sea level and exposed to the southwest. The grapes, once harvested during the harvest phase, ferment alcoholically in steel, also undergoing malolactic fermentation. Then the aging process begins, first for 12 months in barrique and then, for another 6 months, in large oak barrels; finally, after bottling, the wine remains to mature, directly in glass, for another year.

The Tiefenbrunner Pinot Nero Riserva “Linticlarus” presents itself visually with a ruby red color, characterized by slight garnet reflections at the rim. The olfactory profile is complex and layered, with notes of red fruit alternating with more floral sensations and hints reminiscent of the underbrush. On the palate, it is full-bodied, broad, and enveloping thanks to a strong tannic structure, but finely integrated into the sip; it finishes with an excellent persistent finish. A label with which Tiefenbrunner confirms itself, vintage after vintage, with scores assigned by the main national and international sector guides that are nothing short of interesting.
