Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 'Jeio' Bisol

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “Jeio” originates from the steep and rugged vineyards surrounding the municipality of Valdobbiadene, which compel the Bisol winery to practice heroic viticulture, where manual labor combines with tenacity and passion. A blend of Glera, with the addition of Chardonnay, Verdiso, and Pinot Bianco, this is a bottle in which freshness and minerality stimulate the palate with a satisfying drink, perfect for accompanying not only the most refined aperitif but also the entire meal.

The Brut “Jeio” by Bisol is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore that comes from a blend where we find, alongside Glera, the indigenous grape variety of reference for the final blend, also small percentages of Pinot Bianco, Verdiso, and Chardonnay. The vines of these varieties are cultivated using the double inverted and sylvoz systems in vineyards located about 200 meters above sea level, with an exposure to the south, east, and west. After the first fermentation of the must in steel, the refermentation takes place in steel tanks, as prepared for the production of Metodo Martinotti.

This Prosecco “Jeio” flows visually with an extremely bright straw yellow color. The perlage is fine and continuous. The olfactory spectrum is delicate and crisp in presenting subtle fruity aromas, interspersed with floral sensations and hints of wild herbs. On the palate, it is youthful, lean, and easy to drink, with a sip that conquers the palate thanks to a fresh and mineral taste; it finishes with a very light almond aftertaste.
