The Riesling "Fusion" by Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm is a faithful and authentic portrait of the granitic soils from which it comes: zesty and captivating, with marked acidity and a savory push. On the nose, it scents of aromatic herbs, pear pulp, and tropical fruit, with mineral hints, graphite, and rock. Cutting, with deep salinity and freshness, smooth, persistent, and long-lived.

The Riesling "Fusion" by Kamm tells the story of Alsace in a way that is vital and vibrant, thanks to the hand of one of the most talented producers in the region. A breath of freshness, in all its meanings, is brought by Jean Louis and Erick Kamm, owners of the namesake winery and exceptional interpreters of an extremely vocated terroir, capable of giving life to some of the greatest wines of France and thus the world. We are talking about interpretations different from those of many other local "colleagues", who tend to exalt the innate tension brought by Riesling, without extinguishing or distorting it, but fully accommodating it. The result is therefore tense and electric liquids, far from any cloying or forced fruit concentrations, but above all endowed with a dangerously drinkable quality. Shimmering comets in Colmar.

The "Fusion" by Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm is produced from pure Riesling grapes, cultivated on different plots characterized by volcanic soils. Extremely artisanal liquids, given that no chemical or synthetic substances are used in the vineyard, while in the winery, they proceed consistently with spontaneous alcoholic fermentations and no clarification or filtration. Aging for several months in steel, in contact with fine lees, and bottling without the addition of sulfur.

The "Fusion" Riesling appears in the glass with its pale straw color, edged with greenish reflections. Beautiful and refreshing nose, where marine puffs, hints of green apple, and herbal notes follow one another. Always changing and evolving, on the palate the liquid confirms the impressions received, and travels propelled by an almost electric freshness and a salty finish of a super athlete. Dedicated to those who do not seek complacent wines, but lively and always in motion.
