Giacomo Baraldo's 'Caccialupi' comes from a historic vineyard planted in 1970 in Piazze, Tuscany, with clay-limestone soil that enhances the intense and powerful characteristics of Sangiovese. The nose releases precise aromas of orange peel and rosemary, with delicate iodine nuances. On the palate, it is taut and complex, with a beautiful freshness and elegant tannins that enhance its persistence. Ideal with structured meat dishes, it pairs perfectly with a Florentine steak
