White Oak Distillery’s Meisei Deluxe ‘Akashi’ Whisky is a Japanese spirit that combines balance and aromatic finesse, with a profile inspired by tradition yet characterised by great smoothness. The 50% malted barley base is initially aged in American oak casks, before completing its maturation with a year’s finishing in sherry casks, which helps to enrich its aromatic complexity.
