The Barolo from Marziano Abbona in the 3-bottle Wine Box version allows one to fully appreciate the artisanal work of a family-run winery, which has prized vineyards in Monforte d’Alba and Novello, in the heart of the Barolo denomination, as well as in the Dogliani area. The proposed label represents the fruit of the the oldest tradition of the Langhe. Before starting to vinify and bottle the vineyards separately, it was customary to create a single Barolo with the grapes from all the estate's vineyards, a true synthesis of the territory. The grapes come from the area of Monforte d’Alba, from vineyards that are about 30 years old. The grapes are spontaneously fermented using only indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with skin maceration.
