The red "Cuvée Rot" by Weingut Bergkloster is produced with red varieties typical of the Rhineland, with which the young Jason produces a complex but very easy to drink red, really a 'glu-glu' wine. On the nose there are hints of red and black fruits, such as cherries and black currant, with a pleasant note of rhubarb. Despite partially ripe in wooden barrels, the palate is not very tannin, while freshness is the master, with a vibrant finish and electric energy. To drink to refresh or accompany with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses

The Riesling by Weingut Bergkloster is an artisanal wine produced with short maceration on the skins, to give more structure. This is the main grape of Germany and in the Rhineland are produced some of the most long-lived wines in the world. On the nose there are aromatic herbs, quince and then intense hints of pulp and lemon peel, a reminder of the great freshness that is found on the palate. The mouthfeel is dynamic, fresh and very dynamic

The white "Cuvée Weiss" from Weingut Bergkloster is produced with six different white berried varieties, two of which, Huxelrebe and Bacchus, are rare and typical of southern Germany. Each vine is vinified separately and blended after 9 months of aging, and the result surprises: elderberry flowers, apple and pear on the nose open the scene for an intriguing note of rhubarb and then white pepper on the finish. On the palate it is crisp, fresh and lively, with a slight spicy sensation that persists on the finish. To drink during a hot afternoon or to wait a few years for a more mature expression
