"Adele" is an eclectic and vibrant white wine almost exclusively based on Clairette, produced in full Eric Texier style in the Rhône Valley. Vinified in cement, it releases aromas of apple, peach, bergamot, citrus peel, and jasmine; on the palate it is caressing and intriguing, fresh, round, and with a briny breath. It pleases everyone and brings everyone together.

“Adele” by Eric Texier is a white wine from the Rhône Valley, made from one of the historically most widespread white grape varieties in the region, Clairette, to which a small percentage of Marsanne, another traditional grape of the area, is added. From the selection of the grapes to the minimal intervention in the cellar, the wine immediately expresses pure aromas and lively freshness, ensuring an extraordinary pleasantness on the palate. It is a white with a strong personality that perfectly recalls the characteristics of the Rhône terroir.

The wine “Adele” from the French vigneron Eric Texier is a label much loved by enthusiasts of wines made in a handcrafted style. It arises from the desire to approach with great respect the varietal aromas of the grapes and the peculiar characteristics of the territory. In his estate, located in the northern Côtes-du-Rhône area, Eric produces traditional wines, with great attention to vineyard work. The approach in the cellar is also aimed at favoring the most natural and directexpression of the grapes, using CO2 to preserve the aromatic compounds from the risk of oxidation. His vines are about 40 years old and are cultivated in soils rich in granite and limestone. At the end of the manual harvest, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation of the must take place in cement tanks, using only indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for several months in cement and is bottled without filtration or clarification.

“Adele” by Eric Texier is a label that expresses the taste of the territory, the typical characteristics of Clairette and Marsanne. It is the classic vigneron wine, which shuns any industrial standardization, favoring tradition and personal philosophy. In the glass, it presents a light yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. On the nose, it releases a bouquet with aromas of white peach, citrus, green apple, floral nuances, Mediterranean scrub herbs, and iodine notes. The sip is pleasant and satisfying, with ripe fruit, sensations of citrus honey and beeswax, that extend towardsa vibrant, fresh, and savory finish.
