The Alta Langa Brut Blanc de Blancs from Cascina Pastori Colombo is an elegant and complex vintage sparkling wine. Made from only Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes secondary fermentation according to the Classic Method in temperature-controlled steel tanks and ages for at least 36 months on the lees. On the nose, a floral bouquet with hints of fresh fruit, notes of bread crust, and hazelnut butter.
