Belcolle's Alta Langa Brut 'Cuvée Valentina' is a tribute to the elegance and sincerity that characterise the Langhe region. It is a sparkling wine made mainly from Pinot Noir, which gives it a rich and rounded profile. The nose reveals citrus fruits, white flowers and pastry notes that complement interesting salty hints on the finish. On the palate, it is linear, fresh and harmonious, a pleasant sip that is ideal with fish dishes. Try it with ‘vitel tonné’, a typical recipe with veal meat and tuna sauce
