Montalbera's Alta Langa Pas Dosè Blanc de Blancs is a vintage sparkling wine made entirely from pure Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the vocated hills of southern Piedmont. Its straw yellow colour with greenish reflections introduces a very ripe and intense bouquet, with hints of candied fruit and brioche bread. On the palate, it is very fresh, with a creamy and elegant sip, very fresh and with a marked minerality, its great persistence makes it an ideal companion for aromatically intense dishes
