The Barbera d'Asti "La Villa" is a Piedmontese red that undergoes aging exclusively in steel for 9 months, allowing it to maintain high freshness and pleasant drinkability. It presents in the glass with a bright ruby red color and offers notes of red berry fruits and wildflowers on the nose. A perfect wine to enjoy with any meal!

The Barbera d'Asti "La Villa" by Olim Bauda is a classic Piedmont red, reminiscent of the family flavors of wines from the past. The grapes from this estate come mainly from vineyards belonging to the Bertolino family, who have maintained a strong passion and love for their territory over the years. This bottle is one of the first produced by the winery, and the label depicts the historic family villa surrounded by vineyards.

Olim Bauda's "La Villa" is the result of a pure vinification of the eponymous grape variety, with grapes coming from soils made up of clayey-sandy marls of marine origin that give the final product a distinct freshness and elegance. The harvest of this Barbera is carried out entirely by hand, generally at the end of September or in the first week of October, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging continues in steel for 9 months, after which the wine is filtered, bottled, and left to mature in the bottle for a few months before being released on the market.

The Barbera "La Villa" presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, while the nose delights inebriated by the intense aromas of ripe berries, plums, sour cherries, oriental spices, and a subtle herbal scent reminiscent of mint. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, with an elegant and velvety tannin and excellent persistence in the mouth. This label can accompany the entire meal but also a simple aperitif among friends or a barbecue; it is perfect for convivial moments rich in joy and carefree spirit because it is a young wine with one of the best quality-price ratios.
