Giacomo Baraldo's 'Risveglio' is a drinkable and fragrant 'Orange' wine, which macerates and matures in used barriques to preserve freshness and fruitiness, all with a touch of originality. The nose releases aromas of acacia flowers and white peach, with delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, it is dynamic and balanced, with great freshness and a subtle taste that makes it very drinkable. Ideal with starters and fish dishes, it pairs perfectly with raw seafood with lemon or lemon chicken with aromatic herbs
