The Bouzeron 'Les Loueres' from Chateau de Garnerot is a refined Aligoté that reflects the excellence of the Bouzeron terroir, the only denomination in Burgundy specifically dedicated to this grape variety. The grapes, cultivated biodynamically, are aged in oak for 12 months before bottling. The aromatic bouquet reveals intense floral notes that introduce exotic fruit and citrus, leading to a finish with hints of honey and hazelnut.
