Champagne Extra Brut Millesimè of the French cellar Vincent Brochet is a bubble of excellent structure and body that surprises for its unexpected freshness. It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested on sandy soils, the aging on the lees is long and reaches about 12 years. The colour is a brilliant straw yellow and the perlage is fine and persistent, the nose exalts scents of ripe fruit, toasted almonds and hints of pastry. The taste is full, rich, creamy, mineral and with an excellent persistence. 

The Champagne Extra Brut Millesimè by Vincent Brochet is a prestigious label, created to enhance the best grapes from the estate in particularly favorable vintages. It is a cuvée made in a limited number of bottles, dedicated to discerning connoisseurs of great artisanal Champagnes. The Pinot Noir provides structure, power, and vertical freshness, while the Chardonnay helps to soften the profile with elegant floral and fruity aromas. The long aging period on the lees allows for a rich and multifaceted aromatic evolution, with tertiary notes of refined charm.

The Extra Brut Millesimè is a Champagne that originates from the estate of Vincent Brochet. The domaine has vineyards in three different Premier Crus of the Montagne de Reims: Écueil, Sacy, and Villers-aux-Nœuds. The property is divided into 14 parcels, planted with Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay. In the countryside, no herbicides or chemical pesticides are used, and the Maison holds certifications: Haute Valeur Environnementale and Viticulture Durable en Champagne. The grapes they come only from the best vineyards of Écueil. After gentle pressing, the free-run juice is sent for fermentation. The vins clairs age for several months without undergoing malolactic fermentation and are then blended to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a 12-year sur lattes aging.

The Champagne Extra Brut Millesimé Vincent Brochet offers the pleasure of savoring the unique personality of the vintage, through the purity of the best grapes from the domaine. It is a Champagne with a clear and intense profile, perfectly illustrating the authentic character of the terroir. In the glass, it presents a bright light yellow color, with slight golden hues. The aromatic profile is elegant and refined, with evolved scents of dried fruit, almond, hazelnuts, aromas of ripe fruit, hints of bread crust and pastries. On the palate, it is deep and complex, with rich, multifaceted, and very persistent aromas. The finish is marked by salinity and vibrant mineral freshness.
