Cinque Terre Bianco 'Macerato' La Baracca 2023
La Baracca's Cinque Terre Bianco 'Macerato' is a blend of Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco, grape varieties that are characteristic of this area. The name, like the colour, immediately indicates that it belongs to the 'orange' wine family. The grapes macerate for a full 10 days, some of them dried to give structure and a more mature and rounded character. The nose reveals aromas of Mediterranean herbs, citrus fruits and salty notes, while the palate reveals mineral freshness, good structure and a persistent finish with hints of iodine. It pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish, finding its ideal expression with raw amberjack
