Cordon Bleu is the most famous and representative Cognac by the ancient Martell maison, closely linked to its history. It is a very rich, elegant and complex Extra Old, with aromas of candied fruit, toasted almonds, coffee and sweet spices. On the palate it is smooth, round, elegant and very long

The Cognac Cordon Bleu Martell XO is the most famous and prestigious label of this historic French Maison, now become a true symbol of excellence of Cognac. It is an Extra Old distillate, the type of Cognac that is aged for a long time, which must mature for many years before being bottled. It is a Cognac for true connoisseurs, with a soft, seductive face, aromatically complex and intense. The elegant and persistent sip immediately conquers with its extraordinary expressive finesse.

The Cordon Bleu XO is a Cognac produced by Martell, an ancient French Maison that boasts a centuries-old tradition in the making of great Cognacs, which have now become part of the history of this noble distillate. Unlike other Spirits, Cognac uses high-quality wines as raw materials, which come from Ugni Blanc vineyards cultivated in the Poitou Charentes region. The delicate and subtle white wines are perfect for undergoing a distillation process, which still takes place today using old copper stills. The great attention to raw materials and the distillation process allows for the creation of labels that have always been positioned among the best expressions of the territory.

The Cognac XO Cordon Bleu by Martell is a high-end label, born from excellent wines. High-quality grapes are the essential prerequisite for proceeding with the production of great Cognacs. After distillation, the Cognac ages for at least six years in barrels made of fine Troncais oak, previously used. In the glass, it presents itself with a golden yellow hue with brilliant coppery reflections. On the nose, it expresses a very fine and elegant bouquet, characterized by aromas of dried fruit, candied citrus peel, roasted notes, and hints of sweet oriental spices. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with a particularly soft entry, a long sip rich in precious aromatic facets, leading to a finish of great taste persistence. An extraordinary Cognac dedicated to the most refined connoisseurs.
