The Crozes-Hermitage Blanc from Domaine des Entrefaux is a white wine from an iconic region of French wine, the Northern Rhône Valley. This Domaine works organically with great respect for its land, that Crozes-Hermitage which is increasingly sought after by enthusiasts. This blend of Marsanne and Roussanne offers a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and intriguing waxy notes, typical of the type. On the palate, it is warm, with great softness and balance. Its structure and persistent finish make it perfect for pairing with a fish barbecue or pork-based dishes.

The Crozes-Hermitage Blanc from Domaine des Entrefaux is an elegant and intense white that originates on the left bank of the largest vineyard in the northern Rhône region. The climate is mild, influenced by cold air currents descending from the north and warm Mediterranean breezes rising inland from the coast. The soils are very diverse and all highly suited for viticulture. In the northern part, we find granite soils covered with loess, the central area consists of wide terraces of alluvial pebbles with loess and sand, while in the south, rolled pebbles mixed with red clay dominate, forming vast plateaus. Thanks to these particular pedoclimatic conditions, the area is capable of producing great whites with a strong and decisive character, harmonious and sunny.

The Blanc Crozes-Hermitage is produced by an interesting estate in the Rhône Valley, which produces wines true to the character of the territory. Domaine des Entrefaux manages a property of 28 hectares following the principles of organic farming, biodynamic practices and also seeking to promote biodiversity, alongside the vine with the cultivation of cereals. The vinifications are carried out with rigor and care, trying to intervene as little as possible in the production process. The Marsanne and Roussanne grapes come from vineyards about 25 years old, located in the territories of Beaumont-Monteaux, Chanos-Curson, and Mercurol, characterized by calcareous-clay soils with skeletal presence. At the end of the manual harvest, the bunches are gently pressed, and the free-run juice is started to fermentation. The wine ages for a period of 9 months, also undergoing malolactic fermentation, 60% in steel tanks and 40% in wooden barrels and in egg-shaped concrete containers.

The Crozes-Hermitage Blanc from Domaine des Entrefaux is the pure expression of the typical characteristics of the Rhône terroir, which produces rich and pleasant wines that are very enjoyable and satisfying, which can be easily stored in the cellar for 4 or 5 years. In the glass, it presents a bright yellow with slight golden reflections. The olfactory profile is intense and rich, with aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, tropical notes, hints of wildflowers, and soft sensations of honey and pastry. Harmonious and broad, it presents on the palate with ripe and dense fruit, offering a soft and seductive sip, well balanced by a clear sapid vein and good freshness.
