Sauro Maule's Semi-sparkling White "Sgass" is a fresh and immediate wine from the Berici Hills. The name reflects the winemaker's passion for engines and suggests a lively and dynamic character. Refermentation takes place in the bottle with the addition of must from the previous harvest, stored at low temperatures throughout the winter. The bouquet is reminiscent of pear, fragrant citrus fruits and white flowers, with hints of sweet almond on the finish.
