"Le Oche" is a white wine of medium body, fresh and expressive, with pleasant aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. Soft, balanced, and smooth, it presents a lively and elegant aromatic richness. A wine aged for 12 months in cement with an exciting quality/price ratio.

“Le Oche” by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio of great finesse and territorial adherence, a surgical fusion of generous material and salty finish. We could confidently define Natalino Crognaletti as one of the two most representative faces of Italian Verdicchio, as he, like Corrado Dottori (another emblematic figure), has managed to capture the essence of a territory with immense vocation, and to achieve the not trivial goal of making it his own without overpowering it. Natalino's vineyards are located in Montecarotto, in the heart of the Castelli di Jesi area, and are cultivated with few gestures of great simplicity, forgetting the use of any chemical substances and intervening only when strictly necessary. Verdicchio primarily, Montepulciano, and a bit of Sangiovese thus find here a perfect context to express themselves, giving life to liquids of great stylistic definition and enjoyment, all united by a quality-price ratio that is hard to match.

“Le Oche” is made from pure Verdicchio grapes, coming from the vineyard "Le Oche", which rests on sandy and clayey soil at an altitude of 380 meters. In the vineyard, as already mentioned, interventionism is minimal and organic farming is integrated with some biodynamic precepts, therefore chemistry is completely excluded. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation is carried out and 20 days maceration, with aging of 12 months in cement on the lees, followed by 4 months in bottle.

The wine “Le Oche” presents itself in the glass with a luminous straw-yellow appearance, which shifts towards golden. An identity nose with good complexity, revealing hints of almond, pear, elderflower, and acacia, returning a generous and extremely inviting picture. The sip is no less, as on tasting the wine proves to be sunny and generous, played on soft textures and a beautiful savory push. Much more than didactic.
